If you cancel an appointment same day: must pay full fee 48 hour: half the agreed fee 72 hour - 1 week: 25% of the agreed fee In the event that I cancel I will send your deposit back. I don’t ever cancel pre booked appointments unless an emergency. When making last minute appointments I do prioritize longer appointment requests.
Deposits
